Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is the Romanian actress and television presenter. She's most famous as the protagonist of Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control as well as Rush. Born as the only daughter of Romanian acting star Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra got into showbiz early and landed up being the lead in a variety of shows on television by the time she reached the age of 16.
